These terms and conditions, together with ACE4 AI’s Privacy Policy (together, these “Terms”), govern your access to and use of the Site, so please read everything carefully. These Terms expressly do not govern your access to or use of ACE4 AI’s software platform or services, which are subject to the ACE4 AI Master Software and Services Agreement, ACE4 AI End User Terms and Conditions, or other written agreements between you and ACE4 AI.
By clicking “Agree” or by otherwise accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you are an entity, organization, or company, the individual accepting these Terms on your behalf represents that they have the authority to bind you to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site.
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, ACE4 AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide right to access and use the Site solely for your internal purposes using supported browsers through the Internet. A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
All intellectual property, including visual design, code, data, and software, belongs to ACE4 AI and its licensors.
If you provide input or suggestions for improving the Site (“Feedback”), you grant ACE4 AI an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free right to use the Feedback in any way to improve the Site or develop other products and services.
The Site may contain third-party software or links to third-party websites. ACE4 AI is not responsible for the content or software from third-party sites. You may obtain and use third-party software under their respective licenses.
ACE4 AI is not responsible for monitoring user content or any third-party content on the Site. However, ACE4 AI reserves the right to monitor and inspect data transmitted through the Site. If monitored, information may be collected and used following our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are effective from when you accept them or use the Site and remain in effect until terminated. Your access may be terminated automatically if you breach these Terms. ACE4 AI reserves the right to assume exclusive defense in any case requiring indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense efforts.

ACE4 AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ACE4 AI makes no guarantees about the accuracy or availability of the Site and assumes no responsibility for any errors, interruptions, or issues that arise from using the Site.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ACE4 AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. ACE4 AI’s total liability under these Terms is limited to $100.
ACE4 AI may update these Terms at any time without notice. If material changes are made, ACE4 AI will notify users through commercially reasonable efforts. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Any claims related to the Site or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
